The Power Of Graphic Designs Online

Computer graphic artist are a very powerful bunch of artists.  Especially with the popularity of the internet in the last decade and the use of at home computer  graphic programs like Adobe and Macromedia. Computer graphic designers rule the internet as everything on the internet is all about the graphic design of a website and getting the attention of the audience. It’s a shame so many of us never notice the art work that is right there in front of us everyday.

One of the best examples of the kind of power that graphic designers have today actually just happened to the internet world just last week. Perhaps you saw news or blog posts about a special reveal for the new Wonder Woman movie at what turned out to be a dummy site. Last week the internet reached a fevered pitch because this website had a “covered” image of the next Wonder Woman with a big reveal to come.

Little by little a piece of the graphic covering the face of the actress to be playing Wonder Woman in the movie was being revealed. Until finally we were treated to the full image of the actress Megan Fox in the full Wonder Woman outfit. Of course it was eventually discovered and confirmed that the site was “complete B.S.!”

So what’s the point? The point is that bogus site was getting thousands of visitors a day because of a graphic designer that used a photo shop program at home and a little creativity. The only words on the site were “The Truth Will Be Revealed!” below the graphic. You see it was the graphic design that was able to stir something up in thousands of people in the matter of days. Now this is only one example of the power that a graphic design has. There are millions of examples happening all around us everyday most people have simply become oblivious to computer graphic artistry until something powerful comes along like an image of Wonder Woman
